The NavGate Drive app features clear 3D visualisation, making routing live and real. Helpful extras such as traffic information, 3D city models, safety camera info and city guides are available through in-app purchase*.
The maps are part of the application, so you're not restricted by cellular network coverage. No roaming fees, no surprises. It simply works everywhere.
In addition to an intuitive user interface, the app provides numerous intelligent features:

It works great as a stand-alone navigation app, but is even better in combination with Pioneer's in-car radios and AV systems featuring "Advanced App Mode", which puts various iPhone 4/4S content right where you can see, touch and control it. Advanced App Mode is supported by Pioneer’s SPH-DA01, SPH-DA100, AVH-8400BT AppRadio. More models to follow shortly.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Background navigation has to be turned on; you can do this under "Settings/Advanced settings".
