Pioneer AVICSYNC Update

Dear valued Pioneer customer:

Pioneer is pleased to announce that AVICSYNC is now available for the below models. 
AVIC-F60DAB, AVIC-F960DAB, AVIC-F960BT, AVIC-F860BT, AVIC-F960DAB-C and AVIC-F860BT-C.
AVIC-F77DAB, AVIC-F70DAB, AVIC-F970DAB, AVIC-F970BT, AVIC-F970DAB-C and AVIC-F970BT-C.

In order to ensure AVICSYNC will work correctly on your AVIC model, you will need to ensure you download the correct firmware, specific for your AVIC model. You will also need to download the new AVICSYNC app onto your smartphone, available from your local iTunes Store or Google Play Store.

* You can check if you have a –C (–Camper) AVIC model by checking the firmware version on your AVIC unit, as described in the firmware update instructions on the above product links.

Notice :
* For stable data transfer of AVICSYNC, USB connection is recommended instead of Bluetooth.
* Please note that Home/Work location data on AVIC unit will be initialized when the Smartphone with AVICSYNC App is connected for the first time. Please kindly set Home/Work location via AVICSYNC App.

* If you use iPhone 6 or later, AVISYNC does not work properly when the phone's "DISPLAY ZOOM" setting is set to "Zoomed". Please use the "Standard" setting until this issue is resolved. These settings are found under the 'Display & Brightness' settings menu.
