3. Use of the Sites and intellectual property rights
Pioneer, its content suppliers and licensors own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content, including the images, logos, texts, design, underlying software, etc., on these Sites (“Contents)”. Pioneer grants you a limited licence to access and make use of these Sites. This licence does not include: - the right to modify, copy, duplicate, publish, use, reproduce or download in whole or in part the Sites or their Contents; except for page catching necessary for your own personal and noncommercial correct use of the Sites, - any resale or commercial use of the Sites or their Contents, - any use, visit, downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of a third party, - any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, - any other derivative use of these Sites or their Contents. In case of any copy or use of the Contents you must obtain prior written approval from Pioneer and the Pioneer status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our Sites must always be acknowledged. Any request for these actions must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Sites contain hyperlinks to other websites and social media. Pioneer has no technical or substantive control capabilities over these websites and media. If you wish to include a hyperlink to our Sites on your own website, you must obtain prior written approval from Pioneer. This approval can be unilaterally withdrawn with immediate effect. The request must be sent by email to email@example.com.
5. Your account
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are therefore responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure. You should inform Pioneer immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
6. Your conduct
You must not use the Sites in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Sites or access to them to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You will not place false or misleading information on the Sites. You will not input or upload to the Sites any information that contains viruses, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage the Sites.
7. Sites content
The Sites content may contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors and the features or colours of the depicted products may deviate slightly from reality. In case of doubts or needs of information please contact your Pioneer representative.
Pioneer reserves the right to refuse access to the Sites, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.
10. Access to the Sites
Pioneer will do its utmost to ensure that availability of the Sites will be uninterrupted. However, your access to the Sites may also be occasionally suspended or restricted. Pioneer will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
In no event and to the extent authorised by the applicable law (see point 12), shall Pioneer nor anyone who works for Pioneer be liable for any damages, including without limitation, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from the use, content or performance of these Sites. Pioneer does not guarantee the proper functioning or constant accessibility to the Sites and cannot be held liable if this is not the case, regardless of its cause (for example, technical malfunctions, viruses). Pioneer disclaims all liability for the content, operation and functionality of third-party websites that may be accessible through our Sites. Pioneer is also not liable for damage caused by the failure of electronic communication via the Sites such as delays, interceptions or manipulations of third parties related to that communication.
12. Applicable law and competent court
By using our Sites, you acknowledge that its content is governed solely by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.
